i-Overhangs feature a reinforced ridge seam and simple, catenary-cut fabric panels either side of this main seam. The ridge seam and the two mid-panel guy points per panel, each side of the ridge, are factory seam-sealed. Guys are attached to the tarp fabric body via our unique design, tear-drop-shaped Hypalon attachment patches. These flat patches distribute stress into the fabric panels better than any other simple reinforcement system. Acetal triangles are fitted to each Hypalon patch. You supply the guy cord to be tied to these triangles. Choose a cord to suit your budget and cut it to any length that meets your needs. These large tarps lack nothing in engineered strength. You can have confidence that your i-Overhang, tautly pitched, will resist high winds.

The standard 75d polyester tent fabric is the economical fabric choice for a shelter expected to perform in a wide range of conditions but where weight is not so critical and slipperiness to snow and resistance to prolonged UV exposure are not critical requirements. Well cared for and maintained this 75d Overhang will give many years of reliable service.

Two Large Sizes

The i-Overhangs are great for outdoor education groups and commercial operators who require field shelter for the whole group. This may be for eating meals together, discussions or presentations.  The large i-Overhang has been a favourite with Tasmanian operators. These tarps are also great if you going lightweight with all the family or a group of friends. The new XL size can be rigged as a shelter beside a vehicle. It has enough width to overlap the roof and extend well out away from doors giving effective coverage at walk-under height.
